Levi Kreis has earned praise, and a Tony Award, for his portrayal of the rebellious rocker Jerry Lee Lewis in the Broadway musical “Million Dollar Quartet,” but come next month, he’s going to have a little competition for that role. Mr. Lewis – the Killer himself – plans to attend the Sept. 10 performance of the musical at the Nederlander Theater, and will play onstage with its cast in a special post-show jam session, publicists for the production said on Wednesday.
